Amelie Bahlsen is a, German born - Washington DC based, Fashion and Exhibition Designer.

Before entering the world of museums and exhibitions she received a MFA in Fashion Design & Society from Parsons the New School for Design in New York City.
Her fashion design is based on experimental pattern construction where she aims to translate abstract and conceptual ideas about space, perspective and three-dimensionality into the construction of garments and their designs. Taking this affinity for interiors and architecture even further she is excited to merge this three dimensional way of thinking and working with Exhibition Design to create a truly multidisciplinary way of designing spaces, objects and garments.
